HR Basics: An effective employee handbook

A scale up company in Global Health industry with an increasing number of employees over the years, wanted to ensure an effective HR and employee management. Previously relying on diverse written policies, the company recognized the need for a comprehensive, clear, and transparent HR framework.

S O L U T I O N

The project kicked off with a series of meetings and feedback session with management team to ensure the handbook would be inclusive and reflective of the company’s culture and values. Gabbott HR Consultancy developed a comprehensive employee handbook that covered every aspect of HR, from the onboarding, working life and exit. The handbook was made available in digital format for easy access, with interactive communication sessions as well as relevant legal references.
